CIRACET showed up in full force at the XXXVII Annual Convention of the Colegio de Administradores de Servicios de Salud (CASS), held May 27–30, 2026, at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. This year's participation went well beyond representation, it was a multidimensional demonstration of CIRACET's organizational depth, from executive leadership on the main stage to meaningful conversations across the exhibit floor.
CIRACET's President and CEO, Eng. Oscar Misla, participated as a featured panelist in The Art of Building Winning Teams: A CEO Perspective in Healthcare, engaging alongside top industry executives in a strategic discussion on organizational leadership and performance. Simultaneously, Vice President and C4 Director Eng. Noris Torres, together with Health Care Service Coordinator Sr. René Rivera, led a continuing education session on reducing hospital readmissions through coordinated care and structured care transitions, drawing directly from CIRACET's operational expertise and frontline service model.

Beyond the podium, CIRACET's team maintained an active presence throughout the convention's exhibit area, where staff connected with healthcare professionals, administrators, and industry colleagues from across Puerto Rico. These interactions were an opportunity to share what CIRACET does, its services, its mission, and its commitment to improving health outcomes, with a wide audience of decision-makers and peers. Every conversation at the CIRACET booth was a reflection of the organization's culture: approachable, knowledgeable, and driven by purpose.

CIRACET's presence at CASS 2026 was as much about building relationships as it was about sharing knowledge. In an industry where collaboration and trust are foundational to progress, the connections forged during this convention strengthen the network through which CIRACET continues to deliver value, to its clients, to the healthcare system, and to the communities it serves across Puerto Rico.
